Global Metabolomics

The global metabolomics platform offers an untargeted solution suitable for applications where no previous knowledge about the metabolites of interest is available so that a broad range of all detectable metabolites is investigated.

This workflow is recommended for studies at the metabolite discovery stage, for example, cancer biomarker discovery, and consists of two complementary types of chromatography, both run in positive and negative ion modes, enabling maximum coverage of different compound classes.

Results are summarized in a report, where in addition to the relative quantification of hundreds of metabolites and pictorial representations of statistical data, we provide active support with an understanding of what particular results mean.
